Today marked a remarkable milestone in the history of our hospital as we officially commissioned our Dialysis Unit and celebrated the first ever IVF delivery in Northern Ghana.

We were privileged to be joined by our Special Guest of Honour, Hon. Haruna Iddrisu, Minister for Education, alongside distinguished guests including the Mayor of Tamale, Hon. Adam Abubakari Takoro; our Founder and Board Chairman, Chief Doliwura Zakaria;

The MCE for Sagnarigu, Hon. Abdulai Imoro Gong, representing the Northern Regional Minister; the Northern Regional Director of the Ghana Health Service, Dr. Chrysantus Kubio; the Chief Director of the Northern Regional Coordinating Council, Mr. Sumaila Ewuntoma Abudu; the CEO of Ridge Hospital, Dr. Leslie Zakaria; and the Northern Regional Vice Chairman of the Ghana Medical Association, Dr. Munda.

The commissioning of our Dialysis Unit brings essential renal care closer to patients, while the first ever IVF delivery in Northern Ghana represents a groundbreaking achievement in fertility and reproductive healthcare, bringing renewed hope to families across the region.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our Board, management, dedicated staff, partners, distinguished guests and everyone whose commitment made these achievements possible.

Today, we celebrate more than two milestones. We celebrate progress, hope and a new chapter in specialized healthcare in Northern Ghana.
