Bullying is not just about the , it also reflects the struggles of the one causing harm. Thatโs why our Reducing Bullying Behaviour and Victimization Project (RBV) goes beyond discipline to focus on understanding, counselling, and support.
Through counselling:
๐Victims regain confidence, find their voice, and also feel safe again.
๐Bullies learn empathy, accountability, and healthier ways to relate with others.
This is why we work closely with mental health officers and integrate the Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) tools so that young people build self-awareness, manage emotions, develop empathy, and form positive relationships.
