Υπάρχουν εμπειρίες που βιώσαμε και δεν ξεχνιούνται. Στιγμές στις οποίες νιώσαμε πραγματικά ότι μας άκουσαν, ότι μας κατάλαβαν. Ότι μπορέσαμε να υπάρξουμε χωρίς να χρειάζεται να αποδείξουμε τίποτα. Όσοι έχουμε βιώσει την Προσωποκεντρική Προσέγγιση γνωρίζουμε ότι δεν πρόκειται απλώς για μια θεωρία. Αλλά για έναν τρόπο συνάντησης. Για έναν τρόπο ύπαρξης με τους άλλους. Για μια βαθιά εμπιστοσύνη στην ανθρώπινη σχέση.
Για σαράντα χρόνια, η ADPCA αποτελεί έναν χώρο όπου αυτή η εμπειρία συνεχίζει να ζει, να εξελίσσεται και να μεταδίδεται από άνθρωπο σε άνθρωπο. Το καλοκαίρι του 2026, στη Σαμοθράκη, θα συναντηθούμε άνθρωποι από όλο τον κόσμο για να γιορτάσουμε αυτή την κοινή πορεία. Όχι μόνο για να μιλήσουμε για την Προσωποκεντρική Προσέγγιση, αλλά για να τη ζήσουμε ξανά μαζί. Να συναντήσουμε παλιούς φίλους, να δημιουργήσουμε νέες σχέσεις, να μοιραστούμε ιστορίες, ερωτήματα, αναζητήσεις και όνειρα. Να θυμηθούμε τι ήταν εκείνο που μας άγγιξε βαθιά όταν πρωτοσυναντήσαμε αυτή την προσέγγιση.
Κάποιες συναντήσεις μάς προσφέρουν γνώσεις. Κάποιες μάς υπενθυμίζουν ποιοι είμαστε. Ίσως γι’ αυτό η Σαμοθράκη 2026 να είναι κάτι περισσότερο από ένα συνέδριο. Ίσως να είναι μια επιστροφή στην καρδιά της προσωποκεντρικής κοινότητας. Θα χαρούμε να σας συναντήσουμε όλους εκεί!

There are experiences we have lived that are never forgotten. Moments when we felt truly heard, moments when we felt deeply understood. Moments when we were able to be ourselves without having to prove anything. Those of us who have experienced the Person-Centered Approach know that it is much more than a theory. It is a way of meeting one another, a way of being with others. A deep trust in human relationships.
For forty years, ADPCA has been a place where this experience continues to live, grow, and be shared from person to person. In the summer of 2026, on the island of Samothrace, we will come together from different parts of the world to celebrate this shared journey. Not only to talk about the Person-Centered Approach, but to experience it together once again. To meet old friends, to form new relationships, to share stories, questions, explorations, and dreams. To remember what it was that touched us so deeply when we first encountered this approach.
Some gatherings offer us knowledge. Others reconnect us with ourselves and with one another. Perhaps this is why Samothrace 2026 is more than a conference. Perhaps it is a return to the heart of the person-centered community. We’ll be happy to meet you all there!
