I’m so excited to share that I’ll be hosting a retreat at Aegialis Resort & Spa in Amorgos, Greece from August 1–8, 2027 🇬🇷❕❕🙌🏻

This intimate experience is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself while surrounded by the stunning beauty of the island. Together we’ll share daily yoga and mindful movement, cultural experiences, meaningful connection, and spacious time to rest, explore, and simply be.

Because this retreat is intentionally small, spaces will be limited.

We spent the morning preparing every detail…
Arriving at the property.
Decorating each space with intention.
Saging.
Praying over the rooms.
Setting the energy.
Creating a space where every woman could feel safe the moment she walked in 🦋

We welcomed them with a fresh fruit + hummus spread, nourishing bites after travel, and surprise welcome gifts waiting on their beds — custom Self Love Retreat merch made just for them 💖

That evening, Chef Danny prepared a vegan pastelón (a Puerto Rican classic) with a fresh salad 🏝️✨

And we gathered for our opening circle.
Setting intentions.
Breathing together.
Dropping into the container.
The beginning of something really special.

Bringing women to the island I call home… 🤍🏝️

Introducing them to my favorite places.
To my friends who share their wonderful medicine.
There is something so special about sharing Puerto Rico through my eyes and my heart.

My very first retreat ever was here in PR… and hosting this one feels so full circle 🩷

This weekend I witnessed women step out of their comfort zones. Dive into their Self Love. Open. Soften. Speak truth. Take up space. Say yes to themselves in ways that will ripple far beyond these few days.

Thank you for the trust.
Thank you for allowing us to hold you.
Thank you for choosing yourselves.
My heart is overflowing.
