Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Awareness Month 🎗️
PFD affects millions, yet often goes undiagnosed. It can lead to incontinence, pelvic pain, and organ prolapse.

This August, 5 tips for a healthy pelvic floor:

1️⃣ Know the symptoms — incontinence, pelvic pain, painful in*******se, or heaviness. Talk to a doctor if any sound familiar.
2️⃣ Practice pelvic floor exercises (Kegels) — consistency is key.
3️⃣ Maintain a healthy weight through diet and activity.
4️⃣ Stay hydrated and eat fiber to avoid constipation.
5️⃣ Seek professional help — specialists can offer personalized care.

Awareness is the first step to better pelvic health. ✨

Our course “𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗰 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀: 𝗨𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗨𝗹𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱” has come to a close — and we are proud to say it was a great success, as highlighted by the young professionals who attended.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to making this course such a valuable experience. Our goal remains to 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹, 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 that they can integrate into their daily clinical practice.
