📚.."Ζένια μου, τελείωσα το "Τα Όνειρα της Μύριαμ" και πραγματικά νιώθω πως ένα κομμάτι μου έμεινε μέσα στις σελίδες του. Με ταξίδεψες, με ερεθίσες με έκανες να αγαπήσω τη Μύριαμ, να αγωνιώ μαζί της . Κι όμως, εκεί που περίμενα να δω τη συνέχεια της ιστορίας της με τον Ίωνα, με άφησες με την πιο γλυκιά αγωνία! Why choose one when you can make both? 😊

🍅 red beans stew
🌾 Creamy fava hummus

Two classic Greek recipes that have been part of our table for generations and they also happen to be vegan! 🇬🇷💚

The beans are a simple and quite affordable summer lunch, and they're just as delicious at room temperature with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a piece of plant-based white cheese and a couple of slices of wholegrain bread. ☀️

The creamy fava hummus will stay in the fridge for the next few days, adding a velvety boost of plant-based protein to our morning or late night toast!

Good food doesn't have to be complicated.

Just a few simple ingredients, a little time and recipes that have been loved in Greek homes for generations.

Homemade food has a special kind of magic. 💛

What does being Greek mean today? 🇬🇷

Not the version you'll find in history books..

The real version. The real people.

The ones that attend family gatherings, summer evenings by the sea, village festivals, long conversations over coffee, and the little habits we carry with us wherever we go.

As someone born and raised in Greece, I've been thinking about this question a lot lately.

🎨 A beautiful afternoon of art and cultural exchange in Athens!

This weekend, my little artist Dimitris and I attended the opening of the exhibition "The Networks of Ye Dongsheng and the Landscapes of Shen Xianwei" at International Art Center Athens aka IACA.greece !

Curated by , the exhibition beautifully brings together the work of two Chinese artists and creates a fascinating dialogue between Eastern and Western artistic traditions.

As a writer, content creator and tutor, I am always drawn to places where different cultures meet and new conversations begin.

🇬🇷Ένα όμορφο απόγευμα τέχνης και πολιτιστικής ανταλλαγής στην Αθήνα.🎨

Αυτό το Σαββατοκύριακο βρεθήκαμε με τον Δημήτρη, τον μικρό μου καλλιτέχνη, στα εγκαίνια της έκθεσης «Τα Δίκτυα του Ye Dongsheng και τα Τοπία του Shen Xianwei» στο International Art Center Athens.

Η έκθεση, σε επιμέλεια του Ιωάννη Κολοκοτρώνη, δένει όμορφα το έργο δύο Κινέζων καλλιτεχνών και δημιουργεί έναν ενδιαφέροντα διάλογο ανάμεσα σε διαφορετικές καλλιτεχνικές παραδόσεις και πολιτισμούς.

Ως writer, content creator και tutor, πάντα με γοητεύουν οι χώροι όπου διαφορετικοί πολιτισμοί συναντιούνται και δημιουργούν νέες συζητήσεις.

🇬🇷48 ώρες μόνο μπορεί να φαντάζουν λίγες μα μπορούν να χωρέσουν τόσα πολλά και όμορφα!⛱️

Τι όμορφη μικρή περιπέτεια στην γειτονοπούλα Τζιά! Τι τέλειο ξεκίνημα για μια ολόκληρη εποχή που βρίσκεται ακόμα μπροστά μας! Το ελληνικό καλοκαιράκι!

Μικρά Τζιά Τίπς:
🌊Αν επιλέξεις να μείνεις κοντά στο λιμάνι, όπως εγώ στο cozy και πεντακάθαρο .island που επέλεξα εγώ, θα έχεις πολλές επιλογές για φαγητάκι, καφεδάκι και ποτάκι χωρίς να χρειάζεται να μετακινηθείς πολύ.

🌊 On your way around the island, make sure to stop at for a brunch with a beautiful view, and at near Ioulida for handmade ice cream that feels like it belongs to another era.

🌊 In the island's charming "Chora", Ioulida, you'll enjoy delicious wood-fired pizza at , discover little souvenirs and magnets, and sip a drink while overlooking the whitewashed houses.
