First of all, thank you very much for your interest and trust.
I am truly honored that many of you would like to learn massage techniques from me. It means a lot and reflects the confidence you have in my work and approach.
At the present time, I am not offering public massage courses or open training programs in Corfu.
My educational activities are currently focused on advanced professional training for experienced wellness and spa therapists, as well as collaborations with established spas, luxury hotels, resorts, and professionals working within the luxury yachting and hospitality industries. Advanced training and continuing professional education are increasingly important in both the spa and yachting sectors.
In the future, a limited number of specialized workshops or advanced trainings may become available. Any new educational opportunities will be announced through my official pages.

-proper body mechanics and ergonomics to avoid damaging their own body,
-proper draping techniques so that the client never feels exposed,
-how to handle difficult or inappropriate situations professionally,
-how to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment,
and
-when to say “no.”
Because true professionalism is found in the details.

Η φυσικοθεραπεία και η μάλαξη είναι δύο διαφορετικοί τομείς με διαφορετικό σκοπό, εκπαίδευση και επαγγελματικό πλαίσιο. Η φυσικοθεραπεία ανήκει στον χώρο της υγείας και ασχολείται με την αξιολόγηση, την πρόληψη και την αποκατάσταση λειτουργικών προβλημάτων και παθήσεων. Η μάλαξη, από την άλλη, ανήκει κυρίως στον χώρο του wellness και της ευεξίας, με στόχο τη χαλάρωση, τη σωματική αναζωογόνηση και τη βελτίωση της συνολικής ευεξίας.
Γι’ αυτό και το να είναι κάποιος φυσικοθεραπευτής δεν σημαίνει αυτομάτως ότι γνωρίζει μάλαξη σε υψηλό επίπεδο, όπως και το να είναι κάποιος θεραπευτής μάλαξης δεν σημαίνει ότι γνωρίζει φυσικοθεραπεία. Πρόκειται για διαφορετικές γνώσεις, δεξιότητες και εξειδικεύσεις. Φυσικά, κάθε επαγγελματίας μπορεί να εκπαιδευτεί και στους δύο τομείς, να εξελιχθεί και να διευρύνει τις γνώσεις του. Όμως η επάρκεια στον έναν τομέα δεν συνεπάγεται αυτόματα επάρκεια στον άλλον. Ο σεβασμός στη γνώση και την εξειδίκευση κάθε κλάδου είναι αυτός που τελικά ανεβάζει το επίπεδο όλων των επαγγελματιών και προσφέρει καλύτερες υπηρεσίες στους ανθρώπους που τους εμπιστεύονται.

Physiotherapy and massage therapy are two distinct fields with different purposes, training paths, and professional frameworks. Physiotherapy belongs to the healthcare sector and focuses on the assessment, prevention, and rehabilitation of functional disorders and physical conditions. Massage, on the other hand, belongs primarily to the wellness industry, aiming to promote relaxation, physical rejuvenation, and overall well-being.

For this reason, being a physiotherapist does not automatically mean that someone is highly skilled in massage, just as being a massage therapist does not mean that someone is trained in physiotherapy. These are different disciplines that require different knowledge, skills, and areas of expertise.

Of course, any professional can choose to study both fields, expand their knowledge, and continue developing their skills. However, competence in one field does not automatically imply competence in the other. Respect for the knowledge, training, and specialization of each profession is what ultimately raises professional standards and leads to better services for the people who place their trust in us.
