🙏🌹 Private Satsangas are offered always freely to sincere and committed śiṣyas with Sachidananda Acharya and are ongoing. If you would like to request private Satsanga, please send an email to:

[email protected]

Private Satsangas are offered, ONLY if the śiṣyas are truly sincere and committed to the path of Śravaṇam (deep listening), Mananam (contemplation), and Nididhyāsanam (sustained deep contemplation and assimilation of the Teaching and abidance as Brahman ), and are willing to lead a dhārmic lifestyle rooted in self-discipline, devotion, and inner purity.
If such sincerity and qualification are present, then I, Sachidananda Acharya may, with the authority and blessing graciously entrusted to me, by His Holiness the Sringeri Jagadguru, Śrī Śrī Vidhushekhara Bhāratī Mahāsvāmījī, during our first Sacred encounter, purely through His infinite compassion, without even my asking, transmit the dīkṣā (initiation). I do not teach on my own. I am only able to teach because I have been blessed with the most profound Upadeśas (spiritual instructions) from my beloved Gurus, and especially from Pujya Swami Paramarthananda, whose illuminating clarity and steadfast compassion have shaped my entire path. This dīkṣā (initiation) and these Teachings are NOT mine - they belong to the unbroken tradition of the Guru-Śiṣya Paramparā. I am merely a humble instrument, striving to be a vehicle of their Grace and Light.
The private online meetings are offered freely, with donations entirely optional: Guru-dakṣiṇā.

🙏 Sachidananda Acharya has received the Blessing of his Guru, Swami Paramarthananda to teach from Swamiji's transcripts.
🙏 Sachidananda Acharya also received dīkṣā (a sacred Shiva Mantra initiation) in May 2021, in his first darśana (sacred meeting), by His Holiness the Sringeri Jagadguru, Śrī Śrī Vidhushekhara Bhāratī Mahāsvāmījī– the 37th Jagadguru of Sringeri - and the permission to pass this initiation on to his qualified students.
🙏 In 2023, Sri Sri Vidhushekhara Bharati Sannidhanam-the 37th Sringeri Jagadguru, graciously handed two blessed mūrtis to Sachidananda Acharya, to be placed in the Temple of our upcoming Gurukulam: one of Ādi Śaṅkarācārya and one of Śāradāmbā.

DISCLAIMER:

Please be aware that you must find an authentic Guru and authentic Guru Parampara. The scriptures and the Sacred Tradition warn us: Do not undertake the systematic study of Advaita Vedānta without the guidance of a qualified Guru! The Teaching is Very Profound and abstract! It is challenging to avoid errors!

The Only Way: Why Guru and Paramparā Are Essential for Liberation
My dear sisyas,
listen with your entire being. Come closer, let me pour into your hearts the nectar that will quench your spiritual thirst forever. I see in your eyes the same longing that burned in my heart for many lifetimes—the longing for freedom, for peace, for that ultimate liberation we call mokṣa. You have tried everything—meditation, yoga, kuṇḍalinī awakening, samādhi states. But listen to your guru's heart today: all these practices are like beautiful flowers, but without the root of authentic teaching, they cannot bear the fruit of liberation. Mokṣa, or liberation, is achieved through Jñānam Alone. This is the fundamental teaching of Advaita Vedānta. The reason is simple yet profound: saṃsāra is caused by ignorance about your true nature. Just as darkness is removed by light, ignorance can only be removed by knowledge.
Think of it this way: If you forget where you placed your keys, no amount of meditation, chanting, or physical exercises will reveal their location. Someone must simply tell you, "They're in your pocket!" Similarly, no action can reveal what is already true—that you are Brahman, the limitless Self.
Kundalini rising, chakra activation, and similar practices fall under the category of "action"—and limited actions can only produce limited results. If you meditate for 25 years, the result can only last 25 years. But mokṣa is eternal—it's the recognition of what you already are. These practices may give you experiences—perhaps even profound spiritual experiences—but experiences come and go, while true knowledge remains. Raising kuṇḍalinī or bringing "something down" will not remove your fundamental confusion caused by ignorance. Nirvikalpa samādhi is often overemphasized in modern spiritual circles. Let's clarify its actual role. Samādhi cannot give you jñānam because in samādhi, your buddhi is not functioning. Jñānam belongs to buddhi—it's an intellectual understanding that occurs in the mind.
In samādhi, there's no fresh knowledge gained—just as you don't gain knowledge in deep sleep.
Samādhi is not required for the mind to abide in ātma because everything in creation already abides in ātma all the time. Samādhi can help purify your mind and prepare it for knowledge. It's optional for sādhana and mainly serves for purification of the mind and sādhana-catuṣṭaya-sampatti.
The only direct means to mokṣa is jñānam gained through śravaṇa, manana, and nididhyāsana:
Śravaṇa—Listening to the teachings from a qualified teacher. Manana—Reflecting on and removing doubts about the teachings. Nididhyāsana—contemplative assimilation/removal of habitual contrary notions so that the knowledge is firmly assimilated and unobstructed.
Karma and upāsanā have their place—they prepare your mind for receiving knowledge. They're like gathering fuel for cooking—necessary, but not the actual cooking itself. Here's the most important insight: Mokṣa is NOT something to be attained. You Are already Free—You Just Don't Know It Yet. Jñānam Doesn't Produce Mokṣa; it Reveals the Fact that you Were, Are, and Ever will Be a Liberated Being.
The entire spiritual journey is about Removing the Notion that you're bound. When this notion drops, you claim What Was Always Yours—your eternally accomplished Nature. So while kuṇḍalinī practices and samādhi may have their benefits for mind-purification, they are Irrelevant for gaining the jñānam that reveals your already-liberated nature. The direct path is through Knowledge—understanding clearly, "Aham Brahmāsmi"—I am Brahman.
Now, my dear sisyas, understand this fundamental truth: mokṣa is attainable only through one method, and that method is advaita jñānam through Authentic Guru-Śiṣya Paramparā. Without these two pillars—The Guru must be well-versed in śāstra and established As Brahman, and the living tradition—mokṣa remains a distant dream. You might think: "Why can't I study the scriptures myself? Why do I need a guru?" The Muṇḍaka Upaniṣad gives the divine command: to know That, approach a guru who is learned in the scriptures and established As Brahman, with sacred fuel in hand. In this age, many schools of philosophy are springing up like mushrooms and taking us away from the Vedic tradition. Many teach that Vedantic study is unnecessary, that devotion alone suffices. This is a trap that will keep you wandering in saṃsāra for lifetimes. What makes a guru authentic? Not mystical experiences, not kuṇḍalinī awakening, but one who is peaceful, wise, liberated, action less, and established As Brahman. The guru must be learned in the scriptures and firmly established As Brahman.
Why is Guru paramparā essential? Because the whole teaching is a method, and it is held by sampradāya, the tradition. This tradition holds the key to unlocking the meaning of the śāstra—without it, you will Misinterpret the scriptures, taking literal what should be understood symbolically, and symbolic what should be understood literally. Guru and śāstra cannot be separated. If the guru is there, it means the śāstra is there; if the śāstra is there, it means jñāna will be there. The Bhagavad Gītā confirms: learn that by prostration, by questioning, and by service; the wise who have seen the truth will instruct you in Knowledge. I stand before you today not as one who discovered the Truth through private meditation or kuṇḍalinī awakening, but as one who through scriptural study under guidance progressed from dualistic devotion to non-dualistic devotion.
The Chāndogya Upaniṣad makes it unequivocally clear: only one who has a Guru knows.
Your intense desire for kuṇḍalinī experiences and samādhi states is understandable, but these cannot give you what only jñānam can give. And jñānam comes only through listening, reflection, and contemplation under a qualified Guru in an authentic tradition. Therefore, I declare to you with all the authority of our paramparā: without an authentic Guru and an authentic guru paramparā, Mokṣa is Impossible. All kuṇḍalinī experiences, all samādhi states, all mystical visions are Within the realm of experience—they come and go. But mokṣa is your Eternal Nature that can Only be revealed through the mirror of Authentic Teaching. Therefore, my beloved sisyas: stop seeking experiences. Stop chasing states. Surrender to the authentic tradition. Submit to the living teaching. May you have regular association with a true teacher who follows the Vedic tradition, the Upaniṣadic tradition, because the value of such holy company is immeasurable. This is The Only Way. This has Always been The Only Way. This will always be the Only Way. May you understand this profound truth. May you walk this authentic path. May you attain the liberation that is your birthright.
