On 29 July the moon completes its cycle once more, and in the same moment, mirrors our own path.

"Wisdom Moon. Meeting Green Tara."

Two hours under the full moon, on the south coast of Crete. Yin Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation, and a quiet meeting with Green Tara, the awakened feminine in Ta***ic Buddhism, the wisdom the full moon has always carried. You do not need to know anything about her to receive her blessings.

We do not come to fix something that is missing. We come to meet the place from which we are already whole.

Στις 29 Ιουλίου το φεγγάρι ολοκληρώνει μία ακόμη φορά τον κύκλο του, καθρεφτίζοντας την ίδια στιγμή και τη δική μας διαδρομή.

"Wisdom Moon. Meeting Green Tara."

Δύο ώρες κάτω από την πανσέληνο, στον νότο της Κρήτης. Yin Yoga, Breathwork και διαλογισμός, και μια ήσυχη συνάντηση με την Πράσινη Τάρα, την αφυπνισμένη επίγνωση από την παράδοση του Ταντρικού Βουδισμού.

Δεν ερχόμαστε να φτιάξουμε κάτι που λείπει. Ερχόμαστε να συναντήσουμε τη θέση από την οποία είμαστε ήδη ολόκληρ@.

Παρουσία. Χώρος. Παρουσία και χώρος.

Αυτές οι λέξεις τριγυρίζουν μέσα μου τις τελευταίες μέρες.

Τι είναι αυτό που θεραπεύει; Μία τεχνική; Τα κατάλληλα λόγια;
Ή απλά η παρουσία; Και ναι, δεν είναι τόσο απλά.

Το να είσαι πραγματικά εκεί, με τον εαυτό σου, με το περιβάλλον γύρω σου, στο μαζί. Χωρίς να βιάζεσαι να αλλάξεις κάτι. Και τότε κάτι αναδύεται. Εκεί σε συναντάς.

Κάθε φορά διαμορφώνουμε τους χώρους γύρω μας με την παρουσία μας, όπως σ' αυτόν εδώ τον χώρο.

Την επόμενη πανσέληνο ανοίγουμε ξανά τον χώρο. Wisdom Moon, 29 Ιουλίου.

Presence. Space. Presence and space.

These words have been circling in me these past few days.

What is it that heals? A technique? The right words?
Or simply presence? And yes, it isn't quite that simple.

To be truly there, with yourself, with what surrounds you, in the togetherness. Without rushing to change anything. And then something emerges. There, you meet yourself.

Each time, we shape the spaces around us with our presence. As in this one.

On the next full moon we open the space again. Wisdom Moon, July 29.

Δε χρειάζομαι να πω πολλά.

Η χάρη της Πράσινης Τάρα φώλιασε μέσα μας βαθιά. Η σπερματική της συλλαβή συνεχίζει να υφαίνει τη δόνησή της, κι αυτός ο ήχος λέει τα περισσότερα.

Σας ευχαριστώ που «συναντηθήκαμε».

I don't need many words.

The grace of Green Tara has nested deep within us. Her seed syllable goes on weaving its vibration, and that sound says the most.

Από ποια θέση με φροντίζω;

Δεν είναι μόνο το να βρω τους κατάλληλους τρόπους, προκειμένου να μάθω να με φροντίζω. Αν προχωρήσω μερικά βήματα μέσα στην εμπειρία μου, θα συναντήσω αντίστοιχα και το βαθύτερό μου κίνητρο. Κι από εκεί η φροντίδα πηγάζει από μέσα προς τα έξω. Από εκεί αναγνωρίζω τη θέση από την οποία φροντίζομαι και φροντίζω.

Στις 10 με 12 Ιουλίου, στο Δυσκό, εξερευνούμε με φυσικό ρυθμό αυτήν τη διαδικασία στην παρουσία της Πράσινης Τάρα, με εργαλεία τη θεραπευτική προσέγγιση Gestalt, τη Yin Yoga, το Breathwork και το διαλογισμό.

From what place do I tend myself?

It is not only about finding the right ways, the right methods to learn to tend myself. If I take a few steps deeper into my experience, I meet, in turn, my deeper motive. And from there, tending arises from within and moves outward. From there I recognize the place from which I am tended, and from which I tend.

On July 10 through 12, in Dyskos, we explore this process at a natural rhythm, in the presence of Green Tara, with the Gestalt therapeutic approach, Yin Yoga, Breathwork, and meditation.

Πώς ν' αξιοποιήσετε το instagram ως διαλογιστική άσκηση.

Βρίσκομαι μπροστά στη θάλασσα, σε αυτόν τον υπέροχο ορίζοντα. Ο ήλιος από πάνω λούζει με το φως του το κορμάκι μου. Και ανοίγω το instagram.

Πριν προλάβω να σκρολάρω, το πρώτο πράγμα που πετιέται μπροστά μου είναι μια ανάρτηση της που λέει:

the answers you need are already inside.

Το βλέπω.
Βάζω το κινητό σε flight mode. Το αφήνω κάτω.
Γυρίζω, κοιτάζω τον ήλιο πάνω από τη θάλασσα, και μένω.
Μένω με τη φράση αυτή μέσα μου, της δημιουργώ χώρο να καθίσει.
Επιτρέπω και παρατηρώ.

Δεν είναι κάτι καινούριο.
Εκείνη τη στιγμή όμως μπορεί να είναι αποκαλυπτικό.

Πόσες φορές παραπονιόμαστε ότι χάνουμε χρόνο στα social;
Κι αν, για μία στιγμή, αντί να φύγουμε, στεκόμασταν;
Αν η οθόνη γινόταν άλλη μία πόρτα;
Αν το επόμενο post μας καλούσε να αναπνεύσουμε, αντί ν' αντιδράσουμε;

Μια συνάντηση με τη θέση του πώς στεκόμαστε απέναντι στην οθόνη.
Δεν παλεύουμε με το instagram. Στεκόμαστε διαφορετικά μέσα του.

Τα πάντα έχουν και τον άλλον τους πόλο.
Ακόμη και το scroll.
Ακόμη κι αυτή η ανάρτηση που διαβάζεις τώρα.

Υπάρχει μία θέση από όπου φροντίζουμε, και φροντιζόμαστε.

How to use instagram as a meditation practice.

I sit before the sea, before this generous horizon. The sun above washes my body with light. And I open instagram.

Before I can even scroll, the first thing that lands before me is a post by :

the answers you need are already inside.

I see it.
I put the phone on flight mode. I set it down.
I turn, I look at the sun above the sea, and I stay.
I stay with the phrase inside me. I make room for it to settle.
I allow and observe.

It is nothing new.
But in that moment, it can be a revelation.

How often we complain that we lose time on social media?
And what if, for a moment, instead of leaving, we stayed?
What if the screen became another doorway?
What if the next post called us to breathe, instead of react?

A meeting with the posture of how we stand before the screen.
We do not fight with instagram. We stand differently inside it.

Everything has its other pole.
Even the scroll.
Even this post you are reading now.

There is a place from which we tend and are tended.

Η Τάρα, στην πνευματική παράδοση του Θιβετανικού Βουδισμού, αναφέρεται ως «Η Μητέρα όλων των Βουδών». Τη συναντούμε με το όνομα Jetsun Drölma, που σημαίνει «αυτή που ελευθερώνει» όλα τα αισθανόμενα όντα από τον ωκεανό του πόνου.

Η «θέση» της καθρεφτίζει την αληθινή μας φύση. Κι εμείς, αναγνωρίζοντας τη δική μας, επιστρέφουμε σε αυτήν.

Επιτρέπει στον εαυτό της να φιληθεί

με μάτια τρυφερά κλειστά.

Το μάγουλό της κοκκινίζει,

η θάλασσα αγκαλιά,

μαλλιά λουσμένα στον ήλιο.

Δεν προσπαθεί.

Δέχεται,

ήδη ολόκληρη.

Κι από εκεί επιτρέπει.

Rebirthing Breathwork, η εμπειρία του σώματος αποκαλύπτει τη σχέση με τον εαυτό.

Το Σάββατο, στον Άγιο Νικόλαο, έξι άνθρωποι μέσα σ’ έναν κοινό χώρο αναπνοής.

Αυτό που μένει δεν είναι η τεχνική, αλλά η σχέση που γεννιέται,
η επαφή που συνδέει χωρίς να χρειάζεται εξήγηση.

Μοιραζόμαστε τις ίδιες δυσκολίες, κι επιθυμούμε ναι…
να επιστρέψουμε πίσω στο εσωτερικό μας σπίτι.

“ Δεν είναι εύκολο”…είπες, κι έκανες μία παύση. Στάθηκες εκεί, όπως μπορούσες
μαζί μ’ εσένα και όλα μαζί.
