Integration is not a performance.
It happens in the relationship between you and what you lived, what you felt, what you survived, what you are finally ready to meet.

There may be nothing “wrong” with you.
But there is much to remember.
Much to soften.
Much to release.

Sit with your Self and don’t leave.
Become the presence you once needed.

That is the quiet magic.
The sacred alchemy.
The way Home.

Each layer peeled requires a flexibility that goes against all conditioning. If you were strong enough to sit with the shadows, you can stand in the light.

If you are, feel, think, do, love, say, see, hear, dream in the same colours- aligned with “you”- at a core level,
If you live and reaffirm every day and despite it all felt that you were tested to your core.

It is time to relax, as we are all dancing the way back there….

I was wearing the “ we are the grand-daughters of the witches you haven’t burnt” recently…

We got burnt at the stake, and this is why we eared the right to play with fire.

I’ve been very quiet.

Not just on here. I’ve pulled back from most things, and I believe this month’s clients feel it.

Something is happening that I don’t yet have the words to express, and perhaps that’s the point.

I’ve worked consciously with myself since my teens. Decades of working with other humans has given me an unusual laboratory too: I observe everything. Patterns, nervous systems, energy, behaviour, the extraordinary intelligence of the body.

Including my own.

And right now, mine is going through something.

I can feel it physically. In my bones, almost in my cells. Everything is turned up -sensitivity, intuition, connection, the need to move and stretch, what I can tolerate, what I simply cannot.

It feels like another awakening.

Except this one has been a long time coming… and suddenly somebody pressed fast-forward.

Whoooosh. 😂

It’s exciting. It’s weird. Parts of it are bloody uncomfortable.

And it has made pretending surprisingly difficult.

Pretending to be interested when I’m not. Pretending something feels right when my entire system says otherwise. Spending precious energy on conversations, expectations and old ways of relating simply because they are considered normal.

I still love people fiercely.

I just can’t keep leaving myself at the door to make other people comfortable.

Maybe that is the real purge.

Not people.

Not life.

Everything that requires you to become less of yourself in order to remain acceptable inside it.

I don’t feel as though I’m becoming someone new.

I feel as though layers are coming off at extraordinary speed. And underneath them…

there I am.

A little more inconvenient. 😂
A lot more alive.

A.C.E space is moving with me.

I took the old public YouTube videos down. I’m rebuilding. Not from scratch - from everything these years have taught me.

And on Sunday 13 September, 4.15 pm at Bisley Yurt,

I’ll be back in a room doing the part of this work I love most: exploring what actually changes a human being when information is no longer enough.

The sky is beautifully uninterested in your overthinking.

It just opens.

No argument.
No agenda.
No need to be understood first.

It expands anyway - and quietly includes you in the expansion.

And something in the body remembers:

There is still room, there is still breath, there is still more life here than the mind was prepared to predict.🦋

💭Is my water just … water?

In England, fluoride is added to the drinking water of around 1 in 10 people.

Not everywhere.
Not by accident.
By public health policy.

The Drinking Water authorities state that fluoridation means dosing water supplies to bring fluoride up to 1mg per litre, with a legal limit of 1.5mg/L.

The permitted fluoridation chemicals include hexafluorosilicic acid and disodium hexafluorosilicate.

FluoLovely names and the fact that the old programs “ it is healthy” “ don’t be silly, Fluoride is recommended..” also include that “drinking is good for you..”
We were all programmed with idyllic images of wild landscapes and virgin fountains with healthy/fit people drinking the clear water
Vibe crisp air and
fresh spring in the Cotswolds …

If you drink tons of tap water, stip reading.

The reality is that the UK reports say “fluoridation reduces tooth decay in children”.. Can we develop on the F. side effects- I have to add that avoiding the stuff seem to keep our teeth happy and our pineal happier 🤣

Parliament’s own 2024 briefing says that “there has been concern around children’s neurodevelopment”- and that multiple systematic reviews say more high-quality studies are needed for.. wait?! That Fluostuff, and the chemical cocktail in each glass…👌

The UK Committee on Toxicity noted in 2026 that the US NTP and EFSA reviews associated fluoride above 1.5mg/L with adverse effects on the developing brain.So it’s not “just conspiracy”.

It is micro-chemical lottery-surprise game in each dose… wanna play?

You weren’t consulted but, again if you drink it, you do consent👌😉

Truth > Comfort…

If you are curious about the tasty extras, our tap waters are regularly analysed.. and it is in the public domain, obviously.

The composition of tap water💊💉💩is being discussed officially.
I’m not saying that you should freak out, I am telling you to check your postcode if you care😜

If your water is medicated through the tap, you should know.

Water should be water… (yes, it’s also the most powerful conductor of consciousness, but a bit much for a Friday night 🤣)

Public health should still require public consent.
But it has stopped doing that a while ago…

Today’s total solar eclipse has me thinking about something other than astrology.

Nothing actually happens to the Sun.

For a moment, our view of it is obscured. Yet if we didn’t know better, we could mistake what we see for what is true.

Humans are rather brilliant at doing exactly that.

We hit a strange chapter and decide we’ve lost ourselves. Something ends and we call it failure. We can’t see the next bit, so the mind reaches backwards for evidence and starts predicting the future from the archive.

Understandable. The brain likes what it recognises.

But consciousness gives us another option.

What are you so frightened of leaving empty that you keep filling it with your past?

That question feels particularly alive today.

Because perhaps the unknown isn’t an empty space waiting to be fixed. It might be the rare part of your life that hasn’t been furnished by your conditioning yet.

And THAT makes “I don’t know” rather exciting.

We spend so much energy trying to know what comes next, become the next version, attract the next thing…

Maybe expansion is also our capacity to meet life without immediately reducing it to something we’ve already experienced.

To let reality surprise us.

The Sun doesn’t need rescuing during an eclipse.

It’s still there, doing what it has always done.

Sometimes what looks like darkness is simply a change in perspective.

And sometimes what looks like nothing is room.

Hey… little invitation. 🐬🌀

If we’ve never met, perhaps this is where we should.

The Yurt has been home to A.C.E. gatherings since January 2022. Month after month, a wonderful mix of curious humans has walked through that door, and somehow no two afternoons have ever been the same.

There are other ways to join me throughout the year—online, in French, in different formats—but there is something rather special about the Yurt. Maybe it’s the space. Maybe it’s the people. Maybe it’s what happens when both meet.

No guru.
No pretending.
No collecting another notebook full of inspirational quotes you’ll never look at again.

Just practical exploration, intelligent conversations, plenty of laughter, a little neuroscience, a lot of curiosity… and the occasional moment that quietly changes the way you see yourself.

There’s always a framework.
The magic comes from what unfolds inside it.
