The Organising Committee is pleased to announce that the tentative scientific programme is now available for the 18th Global Summit on Biotechnology & Life Sciences (GSBLS 2026), taking place in Berlin from 16–18 September 2026.
The published schedule provides an initial view of the keynote programme, thematic oral sessions, Young Researchers Forum, poster activities and scientific networking opportunities. As the Scientific Committee completes the remaining sessions, relevant original research and applied studies may still be submitted for consideration.

Prospective participants can review the current congress structure before submitting an abstract or completing registration. The programme currently outlines:
• the day-by-day scientific schedule and session timings;
• keynote and invited presentations across biotechnology and life sciences;
• thematic oral sessions and Young Researchers Forum presentations; and
• poster activities, scientific networking and programme intervals.

Authors who would like their work considered for a remaining oral, poster or Young Researchers Forum session may submit an abstract by 20 August 2026.

• Oral presentation: research findings, methods, applied studies and scientific advances.
• Poster presentation: concise visual presentation with scheduled scientific discussion.
• Young Researchers Forum: a dedicated opportunity for eligible early-career researchers.
• Delegate participation: attend the scientific programme without presenting an abstract.
Publication information
Authors of accepted contributions may review the available post-conference publication pathways. Extended manuscripts may be considered for collaborating journals or relevant special-issue opportunities when available. Every manuscript is subject to journal scope, separate peer review, editorial approval and the applicable publication policies. Conference acceptance does not guarantee journal publication.
