Your dedication to the Ashtanga lineage, your deep understanding of the body, and the way you teach with such precision and care are truly inspiring. But what stands out, is your kindness, your warmth, and generosity that make you so special and this experience so unforgettable.

Και τι θέλω να πω με αυτό.
Η yoga δεν έχει τελικό προορισμό, ούτε ως πρακτική, ούτε ως τρόπος ζωής.
Πάντα θα υπάρχει κάτι νέο να ανακαλύψεις, μια πιο βαθιά αναπνοή, μια πιο δύσκολη asana, μια νέα οπτική ή ένας διαφορετικός τρόπος να κινείσαι μέσα στη ζωή.
Αυτό που έχει πραγματικά σημασία είναι η συνέπεια, να επιστρέφεις στο στρωματάκι σου με υπομονή, παρουσία και εμπιστοσύνη στη διαδικασία.
Όταν παραμένεις αφοσιωμένος στην πρακτική, η yoga ξεδιπλώνεται, μέσα σου, στο σώμα σου και στο μυαλό σου με συνέπεια στην εξέλιξή σου. 🤍
