Deppie Toli Existential Psychotherapist, Certified MBSR Facilitator, Neuroscientist

I was awarded my BSc degree with a major in Neuroscience from Dalhousie University in 2018 (Halifax, NS, Canada). After my BSc completion, I attended the 8-week MBSR program at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. I directly continued with my teacher training and was awarded with the Advanced MBSR Facilitation Certificate from the Centre for Mindfulness Studies (Toronto, ON, Canada). I

am currently a subcontractor at UCSF, while, also, under clinical training at the Hellenic Association for Existential Psychology to pursue my existential psychotherapy certification.

Σε έναν κόσμο που τρέχει με ιλιγγιώδεις ταχύτητες και μας καλεί να ακολουθήσουμε τους γρήγορους ρυθμούς του, είναι θεμιτό να θυμόμαστε τη δύναμη της επιλογής μας, αλλά και της ευθύνης που φέρουμε σε προσωπικό επίπεδο, ως άτομα.
