Ο Μιλτιάδης Γερόλυμος γεννήθηκε στην Παπαδάτου (Δ.Φυτειών, Ν. Αιτωλοακαρνανίας) το 1974. Τελείωσε την Ιατρική στο Πανεπιστήμιο Πατρών (1993-2000) και ειδικεύθηκε στην Νεφρολογία (2007-2011) στο Νεφρολογικό και Μεταμοσχευτικό Κέντρο του Πανεπιστημιακού Νοσοκομείου Πατρών. Εργάσθηκε ως Επικουρικός Επιμελητής Β' στο Νεφρολογικό και Μεταμοσχευτικό Κέντρο του ΠΠΓΝΠ (2012-2014). Ασκεί την Νεφρολογία από το 2011.
