This week’s theme: The Four Purusharthas

In yoga philosophy, the Purusharthas are the four aims of a meaningful and balanced life:

✨ Dharma – living in alignment with your values and purpose
✨ Artha – creating the resources and stability you need
✨ Kāma – experiencing joy, love, and life’s pleasures
✨ Moksha – cultivating freedom, peace, and inner liberation

Together, they remind us that yoga is not about escaping life, but about living it fully, consciously, and with balance. This week, we explore those aspects in our asana and meditation practice. 🙏🏽🕉️

This week’s Yoga class theme is Santosha.
Santosha is the Sanskrit word for contentment or satisfaction.
It invites us to find peace and joy in the present moment, to appreciate what we already have, and to soften the constant desire for more.

On the mat, we practice meeting ourselves exactly as we are today with gratitude, acceptance, and an open heart.
