Abusers do not harm others because they are mentally ill, or because stress or 'passion' makes them lose control.

They do it because they get something out of it.

Abusers make a FREE CHOICE to abuse and harm.

If you find yourself choosing to verbally, physically, sexually, psychologically or financially abuse others - please seek specialist help. Before it's too late.
