Each class is a unique flow, inspired by the rhythm of nature, the energy of the group, and the moment you arrive on your mat. Through creative sequences, conscious movement, breathwork, meditation, music and relaxation, we cultivate strength, fluidity, intuition and inner balance.

This practice invites you to reconnect with yourself while sharing the energy of the community around you.
