𝗙𝗜𝗙𝗔 𝟭𝟭+ 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝟭: Running Exercises – and it’s tougher (and more effective) than it looks. Here is the breakdown:
8 minutes. 6 exercises. Zero excuses.
1️⃣ Straight Ahead: Progressive jogs to get the blood pumping.
2️⃣ Hip Out: Opening up those hips to prevent groin injuries.
3️⃣ Hip In: Activating the adductors with controlled rotation.
4️⃣ Circling Partner: Low stance, shuffling, and spatial awareness.
5️⃣ Shoulder Contact: Synchronized jumps to build core stability and landing mechanics (keep those knees out!).
6️⃣ Quick Forwards & Backwards: Small, rapid steps to sharpen your reaction time.
