31 days, one month, so many latches, tears, and wins π
Here we are on the last day of National Breastfeeding Awareness Month - but the support doesnβt end here. π
This month, we talked about the first latch, extended breastfeeding across cultures, family planning while nursing, workplace rights, mastitis pain that shouldnβt be endured in silence, tandem nursing, Dadβs role, and the right to breastfeed anywhere.
To every mom who read, commented, and shared this month - thank you. Simply showing up to learn and ask for help is already a big deal for your child.π«Ά
And to everyone who struggled, stopped earlier than planned, or is still unsure about their journey - you are still a good mother. Breastfeeding is just one way of loving your child, not the measure of it. π
π² Follow for continued updates - new topics coming in September.π
