或許我們都忘了揀一張信紙，信件的格式，寫下地址，貼上郵票，寄一封信，手寫的溫度。
電郵早已把信淘汰，但手寫的溫度還是不能代替。
今日讓孩子寫一封給自己。放入郵箱的喜悅
＜我幾時收返嫁？我第一次寫信呀！我第一次收信呀！信紙好令呀！＞
姑娘仍想你們記著這份溫度及喜悅。

蜜汁叉燒酥
* 因為用叉燒醬按個別叉燒可能都會比較鹹所以食譜可改用蜜糖或者甜醬代替

-the bbq pork is different from bbq pork bun or dim sum bbq pork pastry

- triangle shape

比較酒樓點心的叉燒酥同自家製叉燒酥的兒異同

年宵市場體驗 💐🌸💮🌻🌼🌷🪻⚘️🧧🏮因為過去幾年疫情，可能小朋友 都冇真正感受過花市。
之前 因為疫情年宵市場可能取消又或者只提供賣年花。冇乾貨，食物 ，氣球，揮春等玩意。
趁住農曆新年 今年一切漸漸回復正常。讓幼兒認識： 農曆新年傳統習俗，亦都學習自己喺年宵市場揀選與農曆新年有關的物品 ，學習購物嘅對話， 例如：
我想要呢個
請問幾多錢 ？
可唔可以畀個膠袋我？
請問可以點樣畀錢？ 可唔可以畀八達通？ 等等
亦都能夠學習 與農曆新年有關的詞匯，例如： 揮春， 風車， 桃花， 水仙花， 蘭花， 大吉 ，冰糖葫蘆等等
