This 72-hour hands-on course is designed to build our learners with a solid foundation on their massage technique so to provide a full-body massage for their friends & family as well as their first step into the professional world, if this is their goal.

This course offers lots of demonstration from our tutor and hands-on practice.

1. Basic massage theory and contra-indication
2. Swedish massage and Deep-tissue massage techniques
3. Basic anatomy of the human body
4. Personal and Professional ethic, Health and safety

Completion of the course with 80% attendance, assignment, passing the examinations and the 50 hours logbook, participants will receive an “Certificate in Basic Full-body Massage” issued by APA
