「運動康健學苑」是一所新成立社會企業，獲社創基金資助舉辦「運動良藥 - 精齡肌智計劃」，為中年至老年人士提供針對認知能力及體能的評估及測試，開辦預防認知障礙症、管理輕度認知障礙、支援照顧者身心的運動課程，同時亦舉辦不同免費活動，改善參加者身心健康。來自低收入家庭的長者及低收入人士可獲超過八成半的學費資助。
