Ingredients;

2-3 hot red chilli's (To taste)
Half carrot (Optional)
40g sliced onion
Half green pepper
Half a red bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
Condiments
1 Tblsp Peanut oil
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1Tsp sugar
Half teaspoon oyster sauce
1-1/2 teaspoon jimmy’s sate paste,
1 - 1/2 teaspoon of penut butter (Optional)
Dash cooking wine
Dash white pepper powder
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Splash of water
