覺得焦慮嘅時候，可以用呢個方法: 🫂
If you are feeling overwhelmed: 🫂

1. 找一個安靜的地方靜坐
2. 合上眼睛及嘴巴 (如有戴眼鏡請除下)
3. 集中使用鼻子來呼吸，
4.留意自己的呼吸（把專注力放在鼻孔出入口位置，每一下吸入時知道身體正在吸入，每一下呼出時知道身體在呼出。自然的呼吸，不要有任何操控）
5.重複以上步驟, 10-15分鐘為為一節，早晚各做一節

1. Find a place to sit quietly.
2. ⁠Close your eyes and mouth (if you are wearing glasses, please remove them)
3. ⁠Focus on breathing through your nose.
4. Pay attention to the breathing ( focus on feeling the sensation at the entrance of nostrils. For every breath, when breathing in, aware that the body is breathing in. When breathing out, aware that the body is breathing out. Natural breath, normal breath, and do not control it)
5. ⁠Repeat the above steps for 10-15 minutes per session, doing one session in the morning and one in the evening.

[ 本診所提供衞生署大腸癌篩查計劃 Colorectal Cancer Screening Programme ]
政府「大腸癌篩查計劃 2026」資助50至75歲，合資格的香港居民在私營界別接受篩查服務，以預防大腸癌。
參加者會首先進行大便隱血測試檢驗。若有，會安排接受大腸鏡檢查及切除有可能出現的大腸瘜肉，避免其演變成癌症。

合資格人士：
1950至1976年出生的香港居民即可參加計劃。

參加計劃人士必須符合下列資格：

- 年滿50至75歲
- 持香港身份證或豁免登記證明書
已加入電子健康紀錄互通系統 (詳情瀏覽www.ehealth.gov.hk)
- 但不包括有大腸癌症狀、有高風險因素或指定期限內曾進行大腸癌篩查或檢查的人士* (請按此了解更多)。
*假如該人士是獲入境或逗留准許而獲簽發香港身份證，而該准許已經逾期或不再有效則除外。
