兒童包皮過緊（包莖）是許多家長關注的議題。由於涉及私密部位，不少人難以啟齒；然而若清潔困難，容易造成反覆發炎，甚至引發進一步皮膚問題，因此必須正視。

雖然部分家長對手術或有顧慮，但事實上，大多數情況可透過適當處理而獲得明顯改善，比想像中容易。

✨ [AMC @ Golden Age Expo｜Comprehensive Senior Health Talks Successfully Concluded] ✨

Promoting senior health education — helping seniors live healthier and happier lives — has always been one of AMC’s core missions. This year, we continued this commitment at the Golden Age Expo through a series of practical health talks that allowed us to connect with even more seniors. Over the two days, every session drew large crowds and was fully packed 🎤.

The talks were jointly delivered by our multi disciplinary medical team, including specialist doctors, Chinese medicine practitioners, physiotherapists, nutritionists, speech therapists, and guest speaker. Covering topics such as 🦴 bone and joint health, 👁️eye care, 💢 pain management, 🥗anti inflammatory nutrition, 🫶swallowing safety, 👴senior wellness, and support for individuals with special educational needs, the sessions provided seniors with practical, relatable, and easy to understand health knowledge. The response was enthusiastic, with overwhelmingly positive feedback.

Beyond the booth talks, AMC’s geriatric specialist was also invited to speak on the Expo’s main stage, offering deeper and more comprehensive insights into common senior health issues — bringing AMC’s professional voice beyond the booth and reaching an even wider audience.

The successful delivery of such rich and diverse content was made possible by the dedication and close collaboration of the AMC team. Our professionals prepared thoughtfully and shared generously, demonstrating strong teamwork and cross disciplinary synergy. 💛🤝💪

The 2026 Golden Age Expo has officially come to a close! Our heartfelt thanks to all the seniors for your continuous support — the AMC booth was lively from morning till evening. 🔥👵👴

As in previous years, AMC’s free health check-up remained one of the main highlights, once again drawing long queues 👣. This year, we introduced the new “Quick Eyes, Quick Hands” hand–brain coordination game 🎯, allowing participants to stay active while having fun. Many seniors were fully engaged and showed incredible energy. The nostalgic photo corner 📸 was also filled with laughter, attracting visitors of all ages and becoming another popular spot at the booth.

Our Expo-exclusive offers also received enthusiastic feedback. Our dedicated team will be reaching out to registered participants shortly to arrange the next steps, continuing to support everyone on their journey to better health.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Hong Kong Adventist Hospital Foundation (Stubbs Road) and the Lifestyle Management Center for their strong support, which made the entire booth operation smooth and successful.
