This October for Mental Health Month, we are so excited to be partnering with for their Youth Mental Health Summit, facilitating two workshops for parents and youth!

The first one will be held on this coming Friday, 10th October from 2:30-4:30pm focusing on “Emotional Mastery for Teens”.

We invite all parents and teens to join us for this super fun, interactive and engaging workshop that will have a combination of a guided talk by Sonia Samtani on the nature of emotions and how to understand them, with an engaging expressive Art Jam by !
