Yoga. Sound Healing. Tea. Sora, meaning 'sky', is guided by the ethos of root to rise.

Set among Poho's rolling hills and winding stairways, Sora awaits in the quaint neighbourhood of towering Banyan trees and aerial roots. An idyllic sanctuary for us who seek a wholistic connection with nature through yoga, meditation, sound healing, sacred arts and tea ceremony. Overlooking the white bauhinia terrace, together we still our minds in quiet contemplation of the reality of nature, or

the nature of reality. We look to our origin, the birth of all things. As we anchor the strength of the ground, and lengthen to the lightness of the clouds - we are at once mindful of our surroundings. By being present and connecting our bodies with the earth and the sky, we are at one with everything and all that is. Close your eyes and breathe reverently. Feel the grounding below your feet, and the warmth of your hands. Listen with your heart and live presently. Attain a state of serenity with a soft gaze that rest gently on the sunlit sky. SORA 悠悠

The TCTSY Foundations Training is a 20-hour introduction to the core principles and practices of Trauma-Sensitive Yoga — the methodology built for trauma survivors — by clinicians, researchers, and survivors.

It is suitable for yoga teachers who are ready to hold space for students who have experienced trauma without overstepping their scope of practice, and for mental health professionals integrating body-based care into their practice, community leaders & educators working in where trauma is present and resources are limited.

🟠TCTSY 創傷中心創傷知情瑜伽 (Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga) 是全球首個專為複雜性創傷 (Complex Trauma)和慢性、難治型創傷後壓力症候群 (PTSD)而設,經臨床實證的瑜伽介入方法 。

🟠臨床試驗的研究顯示TCTSY比起傳統談話性的心理治療,能提供更快的症狀緩解及較高的治療完成率,並在治療後三個月仍能持續改善 (Kelly et al, 2021)。

🟠TCTSY 基礎培訓基於 20 年的原創研究,是介紹 TCTSY 核心概念與應用方式的入門課程,高度適用於各類助人專業人士。此 20 小時培訓僅由指定地區的授權 TCTSY 導師親自帶領。培訓目標是為助人專業人士及照顧者提供基礎,讓他們現有的專業實踐更具創傷知情性。

Yoga practice always include a quiet moment to pause, breathe, and reflect. We would love to dedicate that special moment in every class to holding in our hearts all those touched by the tragic Tai Po fire, and to sending them compassion, strength, and peace.

You are warmly invited to join any of the classes listed below as we come together in community, honour the lives affected, and offer what support we can.

All class fees from these sessions will be donated in full to the Hong Kong Red Cross to aid their relief work in Tai Po.

Your presence, practice, and generosity will help bring comfort and practical support to people in great need.
