DIR 101 課程將帶您深入認識由 Dr. Stanley Greenspan 所創立的 DIR® 模式（Developmental 發展、Individual differences 個別差異、Relationship-based 以關係為基礎），這是一個廣受認可的兒童發展評估與介入框架。 課程不僅會為您解析孩子的發展階段與個體差異，更會深入探討「情感」與「關係」在孩子成長中所扮演的關鍵角色。我們將帶您初步認識 DIRFloortime®（地板時間）方法，學習如何根據孩子獨特的發展檔案，提供最適合的互動與介入實踐。 DIR 模式適用於所有個體的發展，而 DIRFloortime 方法對於自閉症兒童及其他發展障礙者尤其有效！

建立對 DIR 模式的全局觀念。
核心概念：掌握前四階「功能情緒發展能力」(FEDCs)。
跨專業整合：結合感官、動作計畫、語言與視覺空間發展等專業概念。
實證基礎：認識支持 DIRFloortime® 的科學證據。

🔍 二、 評估與制定個人概況 (Assessment & Developing Profile)
精準評估每位個體的獨特性。
能力解析：評估個體在前四階 FEDCs 的展現與受限狀況。
專屬概況：建構涵蓋感官、動作與語言等全方位面向的個人概況。
識別差異：找出干擾或促進學習的「個別差異」因素。

We are a dedicated pediatric therapy provider in Hong Kong, is looking for an Occupational Therapist passionate about working with neurodivergent children. We believe in the power of play and relationship-based therapy and are seeking an individual who shares this vision.

Requirement:

- Current Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapists Board of Hong Kong.
- Basic DIRfloortime Practitioner Certificate. Proof of certification is required.
- Training in Sensory Integration.
- Demonstrated passion for working with children and neurodivergent individuals.

Your Role:

You will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, utilizing your expertise in DIRfloortime and Sensory Integration to:

* Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments.
* Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based intervention plans utilizing DIRfloortime and Sensory Integration principles.
* Provide therapy sessions that are playful, engaging, and relationship-focused.
* Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to support the child's development across all environments.
* Celebrate each child's unique strengths and provide neurodiversity-affirming care.
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic support for each client.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
