UPISI U YOGA PROGRAM 60+

Nikada nije kasno početi brinuti o svom tijelu. Upravo nakon 60. godine redovito i pravilno kretanje postaje jedan od najvažnijih saveznika u očuvanju zdravlja, pokretljivosti i samostalnosti.

Yoga 60+ program prilagođen je potrebama zrelije dobi, uz pažljivo odabrane vježbe koje pomažu održati snagu, fleksibilnost, ravnotežu i sigurnost u svakodnevnom kretanju.

Redovitim vježbanjem radimo na:

• očuvanju mišićne snage i pokretljivosti zglobova
• boljoj ravnoteži i koordinaciji te smanjenju rizika od padova
• pravilnijem držanju i zdravlju kralježnice
• održavanju funkcionalnosti tijela i lakšem obavljanju svakodnevnih aktivnosti
• boljoj cirkulaciji, disanju i općem osjećaju vitalnosti
• smanjenju ukočenosti i napetosti
• očuvanju gustoće i zdravlja kostiju

Posebno važan dio programa je prevencija osteoporoze. S godinama prirodno dolazi do gubitka koštane i mišićne mase, a kod žena je taj proces osobito izražen nakon menopauze. Primjereno opterećenje kostiju, vježbe snage, ravnoteže i stabilnosti važan su dio očuvanja koštanog zdravlja i prevencije posljedica osteoporoze.

Ali Yoga 60+ nije samo vježbanje.

To je vrijeme koje posvećujemo sebi, svom tijelu i kvaliteti života. Vrijeme za kretanje, disanje, druženje i stvaranje navike koja nam pomaže da godine ne znače odustajanje od aktivnosti, nego priliku da o sebi brinemo još svjesnije.

Snaga, ravnoteža, pokretljivost i vitalnost nemaju dobnu granicu.

There is one very special place in a little corner of this Universe, existing since 2005.

A place that has felt like home and sanctuary to so many beautiful souls, myself included, in my hometown.
Ashtanga Yoga Studio Rijeka .

Originally founded by Benedikt Perak, and later lovingly preserved under my guidance for the past 14 years, this little space in the heart of the city has been dedicated to keeping the tradition of yoga alive through love, devotion, commitment, and practice for more than 20 years.

It is a place from which, I can proudly say, some of the finest yoga teachers in Rijeka have grown.
And today, it brings me immense joy to share something very special with you.

I signed a contract that secures this space for the next 10 years, making it possible for new generations of yogis and future yoga teachers to continue learning, practicing, growing, and finding their own way home.

Wherever life may take me in the years ahead, preserving this little jewel, created and nurtured with so much love, faith, dedication, and enthusiasm, for the generations yet to come has been one of my life's missions from the very beginning.

Because some places become much more than the walls that hold them.

They carry the energy of every person who has practiced there, every breath taken in silence, every challenge overcome, every heart opened, every friendship created, every teacher who has shared their knowledge, and every student who has stepped through the door searching for something they perhaps couldn't yet put into words.

And slowly, over the years, a space becomes a legacy.
A living one.

I feel deeply grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey during these twenty-one years, and incredibly happy knowing that the story will continue.
The doors remain open.

For those who have been with us for years.
For those who are just beginning.
And for those who haven't found us yet.

Welcome to Ashtanga Yoga Studio Rijeka.

May this little sanctuary continue to be a place where people come to practice yoga...

This April, I fell in love with the beautiful island of Evia, just a short journey from Athens, Greece.

Its untouched nature, beautiful beaches and hidden waterfalls, together with the warm hospitality of the wonderful, open-hearted Greek people and incredible food, made me want to share the serenity I experienced on this magical island.
