On retreat: from Kathmandu to Baktapur to Pokhara in the jeep was rather long, but fascinating.....a sensory feast. We have now landed in a marvelous spa hotel, enjoying the treatments and the pool and rooftop yoga, journaling, meditation, delicious food and fruit juices. A sound bath is today's wonderous experience.
