When born with major congenital breast asymmetry you have to trust your surgeon to know what to do to make it better. This strong woman underwent 2 previous surgeries that left her disfigured even more than she was to begin with and made her lose that trust completely. She came to me as a last resort, with very little hope things can become significantly better and I was very careful to promise a good result; she had an implant "under the muscle" on the right, no implant on the left (?!), inframammary folds (IMFs) 4cm apart in height and very poor quality underresected breast tissue. Not an easy job!
This is her after 2 years, with a stable smaller breasts that fit in a bikini equally - that was her only wish.
The most difficult part of her reconstruction was to equalise the IMFs, which required raising the right side 4cm and that took a bit of settling...but this wonderful woman was incredibly patient and it made all the difference. An additional session of lipofilling made it look super natural and we are both over the moon with the final result. ✨️
