Should I stop exercising now that I’m pregnant?

Short answer? Nope.
Being pregnant doesn’t mean you should stop moving—it means you should move smarter.

Gentle, intentional movement during pregnancy will actually support your body, not harm it.
Think: better core control, less back pain, easier birth prep, and a smoother recovery.

The key?
Doing the right kind of movement—based on how your body’s feeling, what phase of pregnancy you’re in, and what your goals are.

You don’t need to avoid strength altogether.
You just need someone to help you move in a way that feels safe, strong, and sustainable.

Not sure what your body needs right now?
You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Let’s chat about what movement actually works for you and your baby-growing bits.

Pelvic floor exercises are everywhere, right?
And yep—they can help. But they’re not a magic fix.

If you’ve been squeezing faithfully but still feeling off—leaking, heavy, uncomfortable—it's possible that you aren't doing it wrong.
However, if that's all that you're doing, you’re just being given one tiny piece of the puzzle.

Because real pelvic health care looks at all of it:
✔️ How you move
✔️ How you poo
✔️ Your stress, your sleep, your cycle
✔️ What you’re lifting (physically and emotionally)

You deserve more than generic advice and a print-out of exercises.

Let’s work out what’s actually going on, together. Book a free intro call from my link in bio.

Your bits will thank you.

Is it normal to wake up and wee during the night?
Short answer: sometimes!
Waking once a night can be totally fine, especially if you’ve had a cup of tea or a decent glass of water right before bed.

But if you’re up multiple times, struggling to get back to sleep, or feeling like your bladder has taken over your nights—it’s worth looking into.

Constipation, stress, irritation, fluid habits… they can all mess with your overnight bladder signals. And yep, it can be improved with the right support.

If you're tired of letting your bladder control your sleep, let's figure it out together.

“I’m a bit embarrassed to talk about this…”

Pelvic health and Continence stuff can feel awkward to bring up.
But that doesn’t mean it’s not worth talking about.

You don’t need to have the right words.
You don’t need to explain it perfectly.
You just need a safe, supportive space to start.

That’s what I offer—no judgment, no shame.
Just real support, honest answers, and someone who actually understands.

Yes, I've been through it, too.

Leaks, heaviness, pain, or something that just feels off?
Let’s talk about it.

You and your bits deserve it.

Yes—I’m a physio.
But I’m also a woman who’s experienced prolapse, diastasis, pelvic pain… and now, perimenopause.

I know what it’s like to put yourself last.
To wonder if what you’re feeling is just “part of being a mum”, or perhaps just part of being a woman.
To feel brushed off—or worse, told to just do more Kegels or have a glass of wine.

That’s why I’m so passionate about pelvic health care that’s real, compassionate, and actually helpful.
No shame. No assumptions. No cookie-cutter plans.

If something’s not feeling right in your body, you don’t have to push through it or figure it out alone.

Let’s talk. Because your bits deserve better.
