Recovery isn’t just about “getting better” it’s a process.
Here are the 4 phases of recovery you shouldn’t skip:

1️⃣ Reduce pain & inflammation
2️⃣ Improve mobility, flexibility & strength
3️⃣ Restore normal function & daily activities
4️⃣ Maintain strength & prevent future injuries

Each phase matters. Skipping one can slow you down or worse, lead to re-injury.
Take it step by step, stay consistent, and trust the process. Your body will thank you.

Tight lower back?

This can happen from prolonged sitting, lack of movement, or tight hips.

Try this exercise to help:
✔️ reduce muscle tension
✔️ improve spinal mobility
✔️ make your lower back feel more comfortable

Perform 8–10 reps for 3-4 sets, moving slowly and with control.
