42 THE TREE OF LIFE - RAISE CONSCIOUSNESS

I am the ancient tree that reveals the path to immortality. Before that tree emerged in Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism or Judaism, I rose within the lands of Kemet, though long forgotten by most.

I am even older than Kemet itself and I stand as a wisdom pillar throughout many traditions across the world. I am the Tree of Life and I offer wisdom and eternal insight. With my roots buried deep into the earth below I commune and connect with the underworld, the land of Osiris. My branches rise towards the holy heavens, in joyous proclamation of the light of Ra, the winds of Shu, the sky of Nut, and the Universe beyond. At balance between underworld and heavenly realms, I stand in deepest presence. My trunk maps onto your body revealing your own world tree, your inner tree of life.
Know that in the lands of Kemet, once we were encouraged to come bite the apple. You are invited to discover the wisdom of life, and find the path to immortality is part of your inheritance to learn. Connect with me to find your place between heaven and earth.

PRACTICE: Stand as a tree, or rest the trunk of your body against one of my own. Breathe and become as a tree rooted deep into the dark rich soil below – burrowing down into the underworld, the realm of rebirth.

Let the branches of your arms rise up as you extend outwards into the heavens. Or let the branches of your consciousness alone extend. You are of earth and heaven borne. Come breathe betwixt these two, in the centre of your trunk, the central pillar of your Tree of Life.

41 THE FLOWER OF LIFE - ACTIVATE YOUR SACRED GEOMETRY

I am the Flower of Life, a creation pattern that underpins all forms. A blueprint for all life, from the Flower of Life all geometries can be created. Though from a distance you can perceive a set of interlocking circles, when you begin to look at my intersecting points you will see that by drawing lines of connection between these points, all forms can and will emerge. Look and you shall find the dot, the line, the triangle, the cube, the pentagram, the octahedron, the dodecahedron and more. All platonic solids are contained within me. Keep seeking to find within me the template of all forms and geometries.

Before Plato, the Egyptians knew this wisdom, and before them even earlier civilisations stretching far back into the past. I go back to the very beginning of all life. Out of me flowered all life, for I am able to birth from the unmanifest void. From that void comes the original point, that becomes the line that bisects in turn to create the three dimensions, that in turn birth space.

I am the form that contains all forms, connect with me to discover the hidden geometry in all of life – including your own body. Do not become lost in the angular direct lines of form, instead, return to the circles and cycles out of which these have been born.

PRACTICE: Gaze at an image of the Flower of Life (2D or 3D), firstly as a whole pattern that you meditate upon. Look at it for long enough so that when you close your eyes you see its after-image upon your retina. In that way imbibe the Flower of Life into you.

Separately, see if you can draw the connections and see the different geometric forms contained within me. See how many you can see. How many layers and aspects you are able to glean. Through these connections see the interconnection between all of life.

Let me answer the questions couples rarely say out loud, about stepping into ta**ra…

"We have no experience with ta**ra… is this even going to work for us?"
No experience is needed. You'll be guided through every practice step by step, and met exactly where you are – even if one of you has more experience than the other.

"We're going through a difficult time. Maybe we just need talk therapy…"
Talk therapy can be amazing – deeply healing and life-changing. But sometimes it can only get as deep as the mind can analyse. Ta**ra guides you from the mind into the body. It helps you find where the trauma or closure is held in the body, and gives you tools to meet what is there with deep love.

"One of us carries trauma. Can this container help?"
Yes it can. Ta**ra can help you both learn to navigate that trauma together with love, compassion, sensitivity, and ta***ic tools that support both of you.

"Are same-s*x couples welcome?"
Absolutely. Here at Mystika we explore the sacred union of Isis and Osiris - the meeting of polarities within all relationships. Gay, straight or non-binary – if you're a human and either single or in a couple, you're warmly welcome.

There is really only one thing this journey asks of you: that you are willing to touch the tender edges, and go a little deeper beneath the surface.

"I'm feeling resistance, I don't know if this is for me."

A while ago I sat and channelled a transmission from Goddess Isis. It's 1 hour and it speaks about The 9 Rites of Isis and Osiris – a journey that individuals and couples can go on.

A few words on how to best receive it…

Everything I've shared in recent days has been for couples.

But obviously, not everyone reading this is in a relationship right now.

So what do you do? Wait for a relationship to manifest, and then reach out to begin your Egyptian Ta***ic journey?

No. Because you can actually walk The 9 Rites of Isis & Osiris as an individual.

And oh my Goddess, that too can be truly life-changing – and prepare you for that next-level relationship you'd love to call in.

Here's why I know that for certain: I was single myself when I first received these teachings.

That's when I discovered the Ka energy body practices – something I'd never even heard anyone speak of before.

I started to cultivate a deepening relationship with my own Ka – my energy body double.
