We’re beyond honored to welcome Alda Elba ⊹ . ݁Yin Yoga + Myofascial Release + Reiki + Mobility ⟡ ݁ . as the recipient of our full Indonesian scholarship for the October 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. ✨
Alda, we wish you the most transformative, expansive, and grounding journey. May this training open doors you didn’t even know were there.

Every Thursday, RISE invites you into a space where movement becomes expression, rhythm becomes release, and dance becomes a way back to yourself.

Begin with a guided warm up to awaken the body and connect with your presence. Then let the music take you into free movement, with no choreography, no expectations, and no right or wrong way to dance.
We close in community with sacred sound healing and acoustic heart songs, creating space to integrate and simply be.
