My third (and final) week in Vietnam has come and gone and I was fully in my element. 🌊

Morning beach walks. Fresh local food. Spa days. Sunset vino. Workouts with views that don’t feel real. A few focused hours a day connecting with my incredible clients and students, and then completely unplugging to explore and get pampered at the most beautiful Vietnamese spas.

Spending the majority of this past year on the beautiful Island of the Gods, Bali has been such a gift, and a much needed opportunity to slow down, go inward, heal and reflect.✨

It has offered me space to rise up and make some big changes in all aspects of my life- my health, my business, my lifestyle.

And I couldn’t be more excited to share that gift of space, reflection and healing to my guests at the Radiant Self Retreat happening next month in Ubud, Bali.
