Aww 🥰 what a beautiful warm welcome I received from the Westin Nusa Dua, Bali. It warmed my heart to see the personalised card on my bed this afternoon. How time flies! I came here nearly 10 years ago when I was the wellness ambassador for Westin Hotels in Asia Pacific. Hence, they were welcoming me back ‘home’. It truly amazed me to see some of the same smiling staff members I met nearly a decade ago at the lobby of the hotel waiting to greet me. What a nostalgic moment. If you swipe left, I’ve compiled the shots from my stay nearly 10 years ago. It feels wonderful to be back and I fondly remember waking up early to practice yoga with the super knowledgeable Dr Jitendra from Rishikesh who will also be speaking at the Celebrate Wellness Event. If you’re in Bali, hope to see you all there this weekend! Let’s flow together on the mat and I’ll be doing a sound healing and heart opening meditation too.
I’m so grateful to be here. Thank you for flying me back to this amazing island. Time and again, Bali draws me back to her beauty, her culture, timeless wisdom and incredible nature.
