Read it again... not as history, not as religion...but as a map of your own consciousness.

In the beginning, there was no time. No space. Only pure, undivided awareness. Infinite potential in absolute stillness. That's what God is in Genesis.. not a being in the sky, but the primordial field of consciousness before any experience, any separation, any form.

"The earth was without form and void" this isn't emptiness. This is the quantum field before observation. The womb of all possibility.

"And the Spirit moved over the waters"... consciousness begins to stir. To intend. To create. The first vibration. The first frequency. Sound before sound.

"Let there be light" ... this light appears before the sun, before the stars. Because this isn't physical light. This is awareness becoming aware of itself. The observer collapsing infinite waves into a single, magnificent reality.

The separation of waters, land, sky ... consciousness differentiating itself so it can experience itself. The universe isn't something God created. It's something God became.

And then — you. Created in the "image and likeness." Not your body. Your capacity to create reality through thought, intention, and perception. You are a fractal of that original awareness.

The Garden of Eden was never a place you lost. It's a state of consciousness you forgot. A frequency of unity, of wholeness, of knowing you are not separate from the source.
The tree of knowledge of good and evil — the birth of the dual mind. The moment consciousness split into "I" and "other," into light and shadow, into self and world. Not a punishment. Not a mistake. A sacred dive into the game of experience.

You didn't fall from grace.
You chose to explore what it feels like to forget — so you could remember.
And perhaps the human journey has always been the same:
to remember who we are while living inside form.

9 years ago, I moved to Australia to start a new life...(After the storm in Panamá and challenges in NY)

And I found all of that!!...
but also the deepest transformation of my life.

From the outside, everything looked beautiful.
After working as a waitres I could move back and work in my profession in research, traveling around Au, experiencing new cultures, growing in ways I neverimagined.

But inside… I was struggling.
My health started to decline.

I felt anxious, disconnected, and unsure of myself.
I tried to fit in — even when it meant losing parts of who I truly was.

I slowly started with movement and reconnecting with my body through the gym, running, cycling, diving, trying new things that once felt impossible.

However at the same time, life asked more of me.

My mom experienced cancer in NY during Covid
And sooner after My dad also got sick and eventually departed... 👼

That moment broke me open.

And somehow… it also brought me home 💚. (Home is never a physical place)

I started choosing differently.
Deeper Meditation.
Breathwork. Coaching
More Movement.
Consistency.

But the biggest shift wasn’t just healing…
It was what came after.

I took my mom on a beautiful Eurotrip 🤍
I moved cities, and started again in GC, without a support system
I bought my own apartment
I walked away from the career I had built for years
And I chose myself.

I took the leap… and created my own path.
1Moment2Breathe ✨

Australia is not just a place.
It was the catalyst for my rebirth.

9 years later, I don’t just see memories…
I see strength, courage, and a woman who chose to rise.
And now, as I step into a new chapter…
I carry it all with me.

Not all guidance feels the same…and your body knows why.
At some point in your journey, you stop looking for someone who sounds good and start feeling for someone who is grounded, present, real.

Because this work…is not about information.

It’s about:
being able to sit with yourself
regulate your nervous system
move through what’s uncomfortable
and come back to your truth again and again.

And when someone has walked that path…
you can feel it.

Para mí, es como una pausa consciente…
un susurro de mi yo superior diciendo:

Porque ahí… justo ahí…
es donde empieza todo.

Tal vez no sean millones…
pero hace 3 años ni siquiera existía esto.

Y eso… para mí… lo es TODO.
Seguiré compartiendo, creciendo,

When we regulate our nervous system together, we create a ripple effect... within ourselves and into the environment around us.

But beyond the science…
you can feel it.
The connection.
The presence.
The shared stillness.
This is more than a practice.
It’s a collective experience.
