For years, I did affirmations and nothing shifted. I made it mean something about me.

Here is what I know now( wish I had known this earlier): words alone will never going to beat physiology. You can say in “I’m abundant “, in a body that’s praised for scarcity every morning for a decade and then walk out into your day and make every single decision from lack.

You feel guilty of charging more. You will say no the opportunity- telling yourself, “I’m not ready yet.” And in doing so, you call yourself sensible.

It was never about a discipline problem.
