There are so many misconceptions about yoga, but hopefully, this post can shed some light on the benefits of practicing yoga.
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise with origins in India. It is a practice where physical poses or asanas are combined with breathing and meditation techniques to enhance physical flexibility and mental clarity. Many of the postures are designed to increase strength and flexibility. The goal of yoga is balance—a state of harmony between mind, body, and spirit so that every part of your being can operate at maximum efficiency.
