Total Hysterectomy with bilateral Salpingoophorectomy because of Impending Septic Shock caused by ruptured Endometriosis Cyst bilateral with severe Intraabdominal Infection ( CRP pre Operative was 378 mg/dl ), Acute Peritonitis, Low Oxygen Saturation ini adalah bukti bahwa Tuhan itu Baik dan Berkuasa untuk Menolong setiap kita terkasih ini dirujuk dari RS sangat terkenal di Jakarta Selatan dengan keadaan yg sgt buruk, sehingga hrs segera masuk ICU. Pasien tiba hari minggu jam 4 dinihari dengan Saturasi Oxygen di bawah 90%, Nyeri Perut Hebat atau Acute Peritonitis, CRP atau Marker Infeksi di dalam darah yg mencapai 378 mg/dl ( angka normal di bawah 5 mg/dl ), kedaan diperberat olh krn Berat Badan Pasien mencapai almost 140 Kg, disertai dgn DM Type 2, secara klinis Pasien akan mengalami Septic Shock dalam beberapa waktu ke depan, Septic Shock dapat terjadi karena proses infeksi berat akan menyebabkan terjadinya Multiple Organ Failures atau Stop Berfungsinya Organ Organ Tubuh yg akan menyebabkan terjadinya Kematian manusia, saya jujur sangat takut memegang Case ini, karena Risiko Operasi yg Sangat Besar, tetapi jika Tidak dilakukan Tindakan Operasi, Pasti Pasien akan Meninggal, dalam situasi seperti ini, saya hanya berdoa Tuhan sertailah saya dan seluruh team, saya dan team tidak bisa berbuat apa apa tanpa pertolongan Tuhan, dan Tuhan mendengar doa kami semua, Operasi berjalan kurang lebih 6 jam, seperti anda lihat di Video ini Kista Endometriosis sdh pecah dan menyebabkan Infeksi berat serta perlengketan sangat hebat terutama di antara Re**um dan Dinding Belakang Rahim Pasien sdh bisa Pulang dgn sangat sehat dan happy😀Lord God Yours are the Glory, Majesty, Honour, so much Thanksgiving and Praise for saving her🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻Sehari setelah Operasi Pasien bilang Beliau sempat takut kalau saya menolak untuk melakukan tindakan Operasi mengingat kedaan Pasien sdh begitu buruk, Lord God and all the surgery and ICU team, i am so grateful to have You all, may God bless you all abudantly and keep using us to be His vessel 🙏🏻

Pasien dengan usia lebih dari 45 tahun datang dengan nyeri di panggul dan pendarahan hebat saat mentstruasi.
Setelah pemeriksaan, ditemukan adenomiosis di uterus yang sangat besar.
Terapi terbaik untuk kesembuhan pasien adalah Laparoskopi total histerektomi.

Tindakan berjalan sangat singkat. hanya butuh 1 jam. dan Puji Tuhan Pasien sudah sembuh dan dapat beraktivitas keesokan harinya 🙏🏻

Surgical Staging ( Salpingoophorectomy left, Infragastric Omentectomy, Appendectomy, Multiple Peritoneal Biopsy and Douglas Cytology ) because of Borderline Ovarial Tumor Mucinous Cystadenoma Type in 11 Years Old Patient Anak terkasih ini datang oleh karena perutnya semakin membesar yg disebabkan oleh Tumor Ovarium sebesar 32 cm, gambaran USG Tumor mencurigakan untuk Borderline Ovarial Tumor jenis Mucinous Cystadenoma, Tumor dapat diangkat secara utuh dan tidak pecah, Rahim dan Indung Telur Kanan dapat dipertahankan dengan sempurna our God Thank You for making this surgery went extremely well and on top of that the frozen section result showed mostly a benign result, Lord You are good and Your Mercy forever endures, to You alone all the Glory, Honour, Power and Majesty belongs🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻Hal yg paling membuat saya sangat bahagia, hasil pemeriksaan intraoperative menunjukkan hasil antara Borderline atau Benign dan bukan Cancer, saya sangat bersukacita dan bersyukur dan seluruh Keluarga juga sangat bersyukur kepada Tuhan, for He is good and His Mercy forever endures🙏🏻Dede abis operasi ini, janji sama om Dokter, kalau dede harus hidup yg sehat, jaga makan, rajin olahraga dan terus dekat kepada Tuhan you for all your trust dear dede and the whole family, it is a great honour and so much joy to be a part of this miraculous journey🙏🏻

Perut Membesar Selama 3 Tahun, Ternyata Kista 30cm!
