A modern jungle retreat. Rooted in tradition, shaped by nature.

Every decision we made started with one guiding principle: maximize existential value, not commercial value.

That means respecting the land, the culture, and the community, and most importantly: resisting the urge to maximise.

What that means?

We’re only building 400 m² of a 1300 m² plot - ensuring privacy, serenity, and a minimal ecological footprint.

Architecture follows nature here. Not the other way around.

It’s a rare approach in Bali, where most developers choose profit over presence.

We chose differently. And now, now we’re finally ready to start sharing it…
