A well-timed adjustment can help a student feel a movement they’ve never quite understood before. It can create a little more awareness, confidence and connection to their own body.

But it takes sensitivity. You’re touching someone, supporting their practice and building trust.

That’s something I want every teacher leaving our training to feel confident with. 🤍
