A lot of people think healing happens by doing more: more self-work, more analysing, more pushing through exhaustion. But a nervous system that has lived in survival mode for a long time does not heal through pressure, it heals through safety. And safety often begins in very small moments. Slowing down enough to notice your body, to notice your breath. Notice how much tension you have been carrying without even realising it.

Some people are so used to functioning in stress that stillness almost feels uncomfortable at first. The body keeps waiting for the next thing, the next problem and demand. Because being constantly “on” became normal.

But healing is not meant to feel like another performance. Your body does not need more force.
It needs space — to soften, to feel and to come out of survival. So much changes when the nervous system no longer has to stay in protection all the time. And this way you begin to hear yourself again.

Sometimes as heaviness in the chest, a tight throat, a stomach that never fully relaxes. Sometimes it sits quietly in the background of your life. And sometimes it arrives all at once and takes over everything. The body holds what has not yet been fully felt.

What I see often is people trying to move on from grief by understanding it. Explaining it. Managing it. But the body does not let go simply because the mind has made sense of something. The body holds what has not yet been fully felt.

And grief is rarely only grief. It can carry anger. Longing. Regret. Confusion. Love. The ache of what never happened. The ache of what once did.

That is why it can feel so overwhelming sometimes. Because it touches something that mattered deeply. So many people try to rush themselves through it — to stay strong, keep functioning, to not burden others with their pain. But grief asks for something else — space, presence, gentleness.

In my work, we create space for what the body has been carrying for too long. Not forcing release, or pushing. But slowly allowing the nervous system to feel what was never safe to feel before.

You do not have to move through this alone. If this speaks to something inside you, you can reach out to me in DM đź’Ś

Kasia came to me exhausted — not only physically, but emotionally. This is the kind of exhaustion that comes from years of overthinking, adapting, trying to be understood and hold everything together.

She could explain her patterns and anxiety, her relationships, but there was still a disconnect. Her body was carrying tension, hypervigilance, emotional overwhelm.

So instead of trying to fix her, we slowed down. We listened to what her nervous system had been trying to communicate for years beneath the coping, the people pleasing, the constant self-management. Little by little, she stopped abandoning herself. She learned how to stay present with what she felt instead of immediately escaping it.

And something shifted. You can feel it in the way she speaks now — more connected to herself, less guarded, less disconnected from her own needs, feelings and truth.

If something in this resonates with you, my 10-week healing program is currently open. DM me the word HEAL ❤️

Beyond Attraction
Why Do We Attract Who We Attract?
Somatics. Attachment. Compassionate Inquiry, IFS.

We are wired for connection — and that wiring runs deeper than we think. From our earliest bonds, our nervous system learns what love feels like, what feels familiar, and what feels safe. These patterns don’t define us, but they do quietly shape who catches our attention, who we lean toward, and who we let in.

This workshop isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about developing the discernment to recognize your patterns — and the freedom to choose consciously from there. Through somatic tools, compassionate inquiry, meditation, and attachment theory, you’ll explore the landscape of your relational world with curiosity and kindness, and begin to understand the deeper intelligence behind who you attract.

✦ Three Benefits

1. See Your Patterns
You will be able to see the attachment blueprints that have been quietly shaping your relationships.

1. Regulate Your Triggers
You will know how to regulate your triggers and return to groundedness when relational activation arises.

1. Choose with Discernment
You will be able to choose with discernment — and create better relationships.

For years, mental health treatment focused almost entirely on the mind. But modern trauma research shows that trauma is not only psychological, it’s physiological too.

Studies in neuroscience and trauma therapy demonstrate that traumatic experiences can affect the nervous system, stress hormones, emotional regulation, and even the way the body responds to safety and danger.

This is why many people can intellectually understand their experience while still feeling stuck in anxiety, hypervigilance, shutdown or chronic emotional overwhelm.

Somatic therapy works with the body and nervous system, not just thoughts, to support deeper emotional regulation and healing.

I share this because I believe your change is possible. It really is.

I used to believe that certain beliefs cannot be changed — because they are part of who we are, part of our personality. An identity that feels separate, that believes it is separate from the universe.

However, after a long journey and many different experiences, I came to understand that perhaps certain parts will always hold certain beliefs.

But here is what changed: I no longer believe in them. And that was the biggest transformation that happened in my life.

So it’s not necessarily that everything has to transform — but the relationship with all these beliefs has transformed within me. I no longer believe in them, because I know they are not true.

And this is not only an intellectual knowing. It is an embodied understanding of this reality.

What we are truly experiencing are sensations in the body that we don’t want to feel — and thoughts that correspond with them. Once you understand that deeply, you stop believing in the thoughts, because you know they are not true. And you start turning towards your body — learning how to feel life, to simply be with the raw experience that surfaces from within.

To get there, we have to heal and integrate the trauma and nervous system protective patterns that still live in the past — so we can begin feeling safe in the present.

Everybody’s journey is different. I am here to walk alongside you — guiding you back to the freedom that already lives within you.

Thank you✨
