Fresh out of this morning’s 108 Sun Salutations Practice. Woke up feeling a bit under the weather, but was determined to make it through. My breath was definitely off with sniffling most of the time, but was able to dig deep and finish. Feeling so much better after getting my body moving and sweating it all out. Grateful for the sun and all it provides, my body for all it does for me and the amazing nature surrounding me in Magical Bali. ✨🙏❤️ Have a great Hump Day! 😅

We are almost at the half way point and I’m so proud of the progress these new teachers are making this week. This is the week where it’s time to apply all the details of anatomy, cueing and assisting that they have been learning. It’s also the most physically challenging week of the training. Wish them luck! They are all so strong and will not only survive, but flourish and continue to hone their teaching skills and practices. 🙏❤️🙏
