We are incredibly proud to congratulate our wonderful Senior Carer, Tamar, on her outstanding achievements this year 🎓💙
Tamar has recently graduated from two colleges, completing her courses (ETB Level 5) and (DCFE Level 6 qualifications). This is a fantastic accomplishment and a true reflection of her dedication, commitment, and passion for continuous learning.
Tamar truly represents the height of professionalism in everything she does. Her compassion, reliability, and commitment to delivering the highest standard of care make her an invaluable part of our team – and we are so lucky to have her 💙
As if that wasn’t enough, Tamar was also recently invited to speak at the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, where she shared her inspiring journey:
“This week I had the absolute honour and privilege of speaking on a panel with the ETB at the Dublin Chamber of Commerce.
I spoke about my journey through education over the last few years and the reality of balancing full-time work, family life, and studying.
We also discussed the benefits of Skills to Advance programmes for SMEs, and how they support both employees and employers through education and upskilling opportunities.
A huge thank you to Caremark for all of the support and encouragement throughout my education journey.
A very proud moment and one I never imagined for myself 💙”
