An Eventful Few Weeks at the Clinic 💙

It’s certainly been an eventful few weeks here at the clinic. After recently saying goodbye to Sarah as she finished up with us, it’s now time to say farewell to Megan as well.

Both ladies are moving on from the clinic, and I’d like to thank them for everything they’ve contributed during their time here. I wish them both every success and happiness in the future.

Over the last 13 years, I have worked incredibly hard to build a clinic that provides outstanding care with the very best therapists I could find. As I navigate this period of change, I remain fully committed to maintaining those high standards and finding the right people to continue delivering the service our clients deserve.

The clinic has gone from strength to strength over the years, and I’m determined to ensure that continues. I kindly ask for your patience over the next few weeks as we work through this transition together.

Nothing makes me happier than hearing from clients who are pain-free and back doing the things they love. That’s the reason I started this journey, and it’s the reason I’ll continue giving it my all every single day.

✨ A Fond Farewell & An Exciting Welcome ✨

After being such an important part of our team, Sarah is moving on to an exciting new career opportunity. 💙

Sarah has been an incredible physiotherapist whose dedication, expertise, and genuine care for her patients have made a lasting impact on so many people. We’re so grateful for everything she has brought to the clinic and know she is going to achieve amazing things in this next chapter. We wish her every success and happiness for the future! 🌟

At the same time, we’re delighted to welcome Niamh to the team! 👋

Niamh will be joining us during the week commencing 29th June and brings with her extensive knowledge in injury assessment and management. She has experience in shockwave therapy, sports strapping and taping, rehabilitation programmes, soft tissue therapy, and sports massage, making her well equipped to help patients recover from injuries, reduce pain, and return to doing what they love.

We’re excited for our patients to meet Niamh and benefit from her skills and enthusiasm.

We just wanted to share a gentle reminder of our cancellation & no-show policy 🤍

Recently, we’ve seen an increase in late cancellations and missed appointments. While we completely understand that things can come up, these missed slots impact not only our clinicians, but also other clients who are waiting to be seen as we are often fully booked.

To help us provide the best possible care to everyone:

• Appointment reminders are sent via email 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a €35 fee
• Cancellations made on the SAME DAY as your appointment will be charged the full appointment fee of €70
• No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee of €70

Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and we truly appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.
