I got the key to this Unit only 5 weeks ago, We turned this gym into a Physiotherapy clinic with three treatment rooms & a full rehab gym in 5 shorts weeks.

This wont be just a Physiotherapy clinic, we will have Physiotherapist, Athletic Therapist, Sports Therapist, Osteopaths, Nutritional Therapist, Pilates & Strength & Conditioning Coaches all under one roof offering you away to recover & preform at your very best

But first i have to thank alot of people.

John for always backing me 110%. You where like a man possessed the lastb5 weeks, you knocked walls, rebuilt them, lat floors painted & moved us all in a short space time. Without you my dreams would not come through.

for my beautiful reception desk & for everything else in between, also built walls, lay floors & cleaned that gym practically on your own.

for bringing the muscle 💪 & for always answering our call for help, you sir are one of life's earth Angels.

Ill miss this place, so many people have come through these doors & trusted us with their injury & recovery. Ill be forever grateful full to Dermot for letting me grow my business for the last 10 years in this building. Our new clinic opens Monday 31st August 2026.

We just wanted to share a gentle reminder of our cancellation & no-show policy 🤍

Recently, we’ve seen an increase in late cancellations and missed appointments. While we completely understand that things can come up, these missed slots impact not only our clinicians, but also other clients who are waiting to be seen as we are often fully booked.

To help us provide the best possible care to everyone:

• Appointment reminders are sent via email 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a €35 fee
• Cancellations made on the SAME DAY as your appointment will be charged the full appointment fee of €70
• No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee of €70

Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and we truly appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.
