Kevin & Ian from yesterday… and I had such a laugh with these two bucks 🤣🙌

I won’t give away their ages… but what I will say is they are two incredible men who show up every single week ready to work, ready to be challenged, and most importantly, determined to keep moving while having the craic along the way 💪😊

What makes me especially proud is that both of them first came to us months ago for assessments — struggling with daily tasks, barely able to climb stairs, finding movement difficult.

Now? Look at them. Stronger, more confident, moving better ( not perfect, we improve bit by bit)… and my biggest challenge is actually keeping them on track and reminding them not to run before they can walk because they’re always eager for more 🤣👏

The only thing they ever complain about?
My counting of reps… or making them stick to the set time 🤣🤣🙈

Absolute legends who love the music blaring and a little dance ❤️

Shona from came into the clinic and guided each of us through an individual breathwork journey.

Honestly, it was exactly what we needed.

A chance to slow down, reset the nervous system, and properly switch off for a while. 🌿

👉 Step 2: Fill out your consultation form so Liz or Conor understand your history before you arrive
👉 Step 3: Your first session - we chat through your injury, pain, goals, and create a treatment plan

From there, we support you with hands-on treatment, exercises at home, and regular check-ins to track your progress.

💪 And Step 4 - Getting you back moving confidently - into the gym or classes like Pilates, strength training, Yoga or Qi Gong.

It’s a full cycle of care, helping you get out of pain, build strength, and stay well long term.
