This is a day that's long overdue......blue skies and sunshine. You can't buy it, well not in Ireland!

Over the summer months I will have a minimual number of appointments available, between junior cert exams, visitors, holidays etc and I know from experience over the years the longer evenings lift people's spirits so you don't always need as many treatments.

A wise friend once said, you only get 18 summers with your kids so use them wisely and those words ring louder as the years countdown!

Life is all about balance and making things work for self and family.

I hope you all know by now that part of your reflexology treatment cost is covered by your health insurance provider. Plans and amounts vary so check your cover out.

The Health Insurance companies know that if you are maintaining your own health and wellbeing being on a regular basis you are less likely to need cover for the big stuff.

If you have cover then utilise it 😄

A weekend at home with my mum in Donegal. After a lovely busy day visiting friends and family we got home to watch the voting of the Eurovision Song Contest (I feel very proud of Ireland and the decision to boycott it this year).... anyway we made our cup of tea and threw ourselves onto the couch....recliners up, feet on show side by side.....

There's one hundred and forty one years of combined life in those 2 pairs of feet with lots of stories to tell about the places they have taken us both to.

My cute little baby now has size 11 feet and between all his sports activities and growing pains there are constant niggles to be worked out.

When his feet are sore and aching he knows what to do and who to come to 😃

I happened to glance at this certificate that sits on a shelf in my clinic and realised the date. So its been over 23 years since I became a Reiki Master Practitioner having completed Level 1 in 2001, Level II in 2002 and Level III and IV in 2003.

I incorporate Reiki Healing into all my Reflexology sessions and have done so for many, many years, allowing my hands to be guided to the " trouble spots" that need attention. Some sessions intuitively needs more energy healing than hands on application or vice versa.

Every session is different and unique as is every person who steps over my threshold.
